One day when he goes to visit her, nobody answers the door.

He goes home to some very bad news and finds himself in a room, in his head, full of grief and sadness.

With the words and kindness from his Mum, Frankel leaves the room and learns that even though people leave our lives, they live on in our hearts and minds.
